How do I make a purchase?

Making a purchase is easy.

Shop by browsing through our collection on the top navigation bar or through the product promotions on the home page.

How do I find a specific item?

We have designed Frankie Loves Lola to make your shopping experience as simple as possible.  Simply click on collections and drill down to the specific category, then you can choose from the product range. You can use the filter to help find what you are looking for.  Or we have a product search facility at the top of the page, simply type what you are after and click on ‘search’.

How do I know what is in stock?

All items shown are in stock.  

If a size isn’t appearing in the size drop-down on the product page, the item is sold out in that size.  

What are my payment options? 

We use Shopify Payments. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard or Amex. 

Is it safe to use my credit card online at frankieloveslola.com.au?

Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments.

Further security information can be found within your browser. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the bottom of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

How will I know you have received my order?

Once you have placed an order with Frankie Loves Lola you will be sent an email confirmation.  Check this confirmation email and contact us immediately if there are errors or changes that need to be made. Shipped orders are considered final and any changes after this time, not due to our error, will be at your expense.

Where does Frankie Loves Lola ship?

Currently, we only ship within Australia.  If you are an international customer and interested in our products, contact us to check shipping and costs.

When will I receive my order?

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of payment received. Orders placed on the weekend or public holidays, will be shipped on the next business day.

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Within Australia

Free shipping for all orders over $55.  For all orders under $55, shipping costs are:

Parcel Post (Australia Post) $9.00

Express Post (Australia Post) $15.00

Registered Post (Australia Post) $13.00 – signature required on delivery

International

International shipping costs vary, depending on the country and service selected.
