Returns and Exchanges
Frankie Loves Lola strives to ensure you are satisfied with your order. You can return or exchange full price merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date.
All return products must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached.
We are unable to offer returns on ‘sale’ items unless faulty.
How to return or exchange
- Contact us include your name, order number, reason for return and request for refund or exchange.
- All items are to be returned within 14 days of receipt. No exchange, credit or refund can be given after 14 days unless the product is faulty.
- Your request to return items must be received within 7 working days of the order being received.
- Our customer service team will issue you with a Return Authority Number (RAN) and instructions on how to make the return.
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
- Returns are to be received by Frankie Loves Lola within 7 working days from the date the RAN is issued.Returns received outside of this timeframe are accepted at the discretion of Frankie Loves Lola.
- A refund or exchange will not be given if the returned products are used, worn, washed, damaged or without their original tags and packaging. These items will be returned to the customer at their expense. Items deemed faulty are excluded from this clause.
- All refunds will be issued via your original payment method within 5 working days of receipt of the returned goods.
We advise that when sending your return parcel to us that you use a postal tracking service to ensure safe delivery to us.
